IMVP 8 is a classic 8-channel portable electromagnetic receiver for resistivity & IP measurements either in time or frequency domain. It is particularly suited for taking areal gradient-array measurements in large-scale mineral exploration projects, as well as for deep 2-D tomography measurements using dipole-dipole arrays.
Each channel of the receiver is equipped with an independent, galvanically isolated 24-bit ADC with the sampling rate of 2 500 Hz.
IMVP-8 is powered by an external 12V DC battery and controlled from a Windows-operated laptop via the Wi-Fi connection or a USB cable.
